Ivan is a Providence, Rhode Island native who moved to Charlotte to become a part of the growing culinary scene.  With stints at BLT, Lumiere, and Suffolk Punch, Ivan joined Lincoln Street Kitchen and Cocktails as the Executive Chef as his creative debut.  Ivan’s approach to food is balancing simplicity, technique, flavor and laid-back ease; focused on presenting familiar seasonal ingredients with a fresh twist.
