Our Executive Chef Eric Litaker, is proud to be a Charlotte native – growing up just down the road from The Suffolk Punch in the Dilworth. Eric has over 30 years experience working professionally with food, having started in the culinary world as a teenager. Highlights of his career include: opening Comet Grill a Dilworth neighborhood favorite in 1996; Chef at Providence Café, Dogwood Southern Table, and Chef de’ Cuisine at the Porter’s House. Chef Eric’s progressive style of cuisine draws influences on a global level but still holds true to his Southern roots. Chef Eric takes pride in working with local farmers to source the freshest ingredients keeping his menu constantly changing and new.
